Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened perfumes or fragrances
• Personal care products that have been used
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
